Last quarter at Enzia

It’s been a quarter of continued growth!

Enzia Ventures is excited to announce investments in two more companies this quarter:

Circle Health - Founded in 2021, Circle Health is a platform to provide outcome based care to patients by aligning financial incentives and behaviours across stakeholders in healthcare. Reducing the trust gap between patients, doctors/wellness experts and insurance companies is also vital to achieving healthcare outcomes. The company has already launched the product and testing with an initial set of customers & doctors.

This company was founded by Chaitanya Shravanth, who was previously working as CTO at CloudNine Hospitals and built a healthcare startup earlier.

Thriving Springs - Founded in 2021, Thriving Springs is creating a platform to help individuals improve their emotional intelligence (EI) which will then make them better negotiators, problem solvers and leaders. Emotional Intelligence is crucial for individuals as they grow up in the corporate ladder and a key employee development focus area for corporates as they look to retain good talent. The company has launched an initial version of its platform and pilot programs with corporates and leadership training companies.

Rishii Dhand, CEO and Founder comes with 18+ years experience in product management and has trained over 1000+ professionals in EI before launching Thriving Springs.

In parallel, we have kept the momentum on building Enzia.

Enzia Ventures partnered with HolonIQ to host an Annual Global Impact Summit in Bengaluru this October. This summit is one of the 15 summits happening globally. We are proud to have brought the Indian and global ecosystem in health, education and climate for a fruitful day together.
