Circle Health is a platform to provide outcome based care to patients by aligning financial incentives and behaviours across stakeholders in healthcare. Circle will do this by bringing together individuals, doctors, wellness experts and insurance companies as part of a close trust based group where the goal is to improve overall health of the close group of individuals and reduce hospitalisation, leading to lower insurance payouts/ claims ratios.
